I flew into Omaha from out of town and they picked me up at the airport and took me to the dealership which made my trip very convenient. The orientation process was very thorough and quick. My daughter and I needed a pre-owned vehicle with particular expectations. Our experience at Edwards Auto Group, Village Pointe, left us with no unpleasant surprises. The inviting staff and surroundings put us at ease. We felt welcome and unhurried. Sales representative Jesse K listened well to our needs and presented us with impressive vehicle options. My daughter became enamored with one of them. Knowing that we would face a delay with acquiring funds, Jesse encouraged the use of a deposit to hold this desirable choice. I was hesitant, but I felt trustworthiness in Jesse, along with my daughter's research, that holding the vehicle was a good decision. When we took delivery after 6 days, we were not disappointed with the vehicle. We knew that this dealer and Jesse were the real thing.

Buying a vehicle is scary, in the past I have bought privately and I have paid for it in the long run. There are people out there that tell you to steer clear of dealers and I'm sure there are some you should however I want to say Village Pointe is not one from the time I walked in to the time I left they were very fair. I am so happy to have the vehicle I have and actually happy is an understatement I am thrilled with this vehicle - they were willing to work with me and address my concerns during the sale and even several days after,Cesar and crew were amazing to work with and made something that you think is going to be painful not so painful I am glad with my choice and I would definitely buy from them again like my brother has thank you vp! And how can you not take your taco to Taco Bell.

I'm really pleased with my purchase experience here. Anthony and Aaron, salesmen, were easy, friendly, and no pressure to work with. Blake, finance, was also great. I regret that I don't remember the name of the sales manager that I worked with -- he was also solid. I've already used the service department, due to getting an upgrade included in the sale, and the service department is also great to work with. You get text updates, a video overview of the work, a car wash, and a decent lounge to wait and work in with some free snacks. I've bought several new cars in my years. Everyone hates dealerships for a reason, H&H has so far, and by far, been the best dealership I've worked with.
