I’ve been coming to this laundromat since I moved to Sacramento, and it’s by far the best one I’ve been to. The place is always clean, well-maintained, and the machines work great. The staff is really nice and welcoming, which makes a big difference. Zulma was especially helpful when I let her know about a washer leaking. She handled it right away and said it was no problem, just reminded me to make sure nothing gets stuck in between next time. I really appreciated how kind and professional she was about it. Great customer service all around — I definitely recommend this place!.

Zulma, on site staff attendant, was so helpful with my first time visit. We even got to talking about their drop off service because I saw her folding laundry and was curious about pricing. She was happy to answer any of my questions and appreciate how clean she keeps the laundry mat.

Me and my Bestie always love coming to this Love Laundry location. They play great music and the staff is lovely especially Zulma. She’s always so sweet and helpful. Thank you!.

Just moved into the area and have been visiting this laundromat for the past few weeks. Very clean laundromat with modern machines. Multiple ways to pay as well card, app, and traditional quarters. Reasonable prices as well and very friendly ownership. Would recommend.

Conveniently located and fair pricing. Staff are very friendly, professional and courteous. Very clean and staff is always making sure it is. Since the shutdown and under new management the staff is nicer which is a plus but I really do miss the free dryer days.

It was actually really nice. Everything worked, the lady working there was helpful in the store and when I called. And the prices were reasonable.
