Rivertown Collision Center of Columbus

This business repaired my car after the door was damaged in an accident. The repair was done ahead of schedule and looks great. I was kept informed of the progress while the repair was being done, which was also great because I used a different shop recently for a repair a different car and had to call over and over to get a progress report.

My experience was wonderful. The associates were very polite, efficient, and kind. They communicated and updates that were made in regards to my vehicle’s maintenance. They even cleaned my car for me before pick-up. That made me smile when taking my car home!

Definitely a top rating of 5. Courti Cotton was my agent and she lived up to everything she said. I was in and out even in better time than expected. Will always use Rivertown Collision when/if ever needed. Highly recommend.
