AutoZone Auto Parts Reno

I knew I needed an odb2 reader, but wasn't sure on which model to get. Clerk was very knowledgeable on all the different features that were available throughout the different price points. I got exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. Store was clean, though I didn't browse very much as i was very quickly the first in line. Definitely was an all round great experience, and I'll be back should I ever need anything.

This is my autozone. Friendly (knowledgeable) service, great (and fair) return policy, and the employees are always willing to go the extra mile. I wish all autozones were like this. My only real issue is that the prices on stuff are far out of line with what else is available - I know that has to do with the corporation and not the store..but I would shop here a TON more if they could become more price competitive on simple things like fluids and basic tools.

Mackenzie was incredibly helpful getting to the bottom of what had changed with the Penzoil packaging.
