O'Reilly Auto Parts Surprise

I found myself in a stressful situation with a flat tire at the gas station next to this O’Reillys. The air pump was broken, my tire was done for, I had no tools or spare tire, but thank God I decided to walk into O’Reillys because Austin went above and beyond to help me! I wish more places had someone like Austin! I went in with little hope because I figured there’s not much they could do for me but Austin happened to know someone at a nearby shop and was able to make sure I got the help I needed right away! Not a lot of people go out of their way like this anymore. This will be my go to auto part store from now on for the simple reason that they have employees that truly care!

Needed a battery in a hurry. Phoned in to confirm stock. I walked in with my battery and out with a replacement in less than 10 minutes. Professional and knowledgeable from the phone call to the store. Well done.
