3 Best Apartments For Rent in Surprise, AZ

I would love to recommend for anybody looking to live in an amazing apartment complex harmony apartments. The staff is very friendly you feel at home with them. The general manager was very hands-on when it came to issues then I had she went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues. I also want to say that the maintenance crew is also very friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for an amazing apartment, I would highly suggest checking out Harmony apartments.

I have to say the office staff are amazing! I toured with CiCi and the manager, Michelle came out to introduce herself as the property manager. I’ve been looking at several apartments and CiCi and Michelle made me feel so welcomed and treated my like I was family. I will definitely be renting at Harmony when my lease is up in July. Thank you both so very much for the hospitality and your amazing customer service!

Maintenance is awesome here! Fast and super friendly! Alan fixed our maintenance issues and he also responded fast to the job! Thanks Alan!

I just want to make it known to Village Staff and employees that the reviews that were submitted were very ugly, I am profusely sorry. It was and still is a stressful time and situation for me ( no excuses). We just needed things to get done and I would not have to deal with it when my roommate came home. . I really had no clue these reviews would be published, I figured they went to a supervisor. I deleted the reviews- again very ugly and unprofessional on my part. If anything, the office staff and maintenance staff are very helpful, nice and if they don’t know the answer they will try to find the answer and get back to you. The Village, is a nice place to live the staff explains the move in costs. They work hard to get you into an apartment that you want and afford Again I am humbled and ask forgiveness from the staff, because this is a great place to live!!!!

The Village at West Point is a great place to live. The property is clean, safe, and quiet. My daughter and I have enjoyed living here. The office staff is very kind, caring, and ready to help in anyway they can.Maryann and Angela have been nothing but, amazing to my daughter and I. The Maintenance team is one of a kind, ready and willing to solve any issues that arise. I wish nothing but the best for The Village At West Point. If you’re looking for a great community look no further!!!!

I had a fantastic experience living at this apartment complex! It was so peaceful, and I just loved how friendly and helpful both the maintenance and office staff (especially Maryann and Angela) were. If you’re someone who really values a quiet place to call home, I highly recommend living here.
