The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with everything I needed. I especially appreciated how easy it was to find items and how quickly I was able to get assistance when I had questions. This location goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this Home Depot for anyone needing quality tools, materials, and excellent service.

Always helpful knowledgeable people to count on. Everything for every project is available when you need it. I'm impressed by how serious the employees are about giving you a hand. We visited the paint area, and a dedicated young lady had good advice without being overbearing. My wife ran in quick for a squeegee, and a young gentleman made it very quick. Thank The Home Depot.

I had an issue with a staff member being rude, I called while in the parking lot and spoke to Marissa, part of the management team. She asked if I would come back in the store so she could help me personally. I did, and Marissa walked me to the product I needed, asked if I needed anything else, walked me to the check out and made things right! A Good manager turned my previous review of 1 star into a 5 star! Thank you.

Tricia at the La?Z?Boy Surprise store was amazing from start to finish. She was so patient with us as we tested out what felt like every chair in the building, changed our minds a hundred times, and debated all the fancy features we thought we wanted. In the end, she helped us land on what we truly needed, and it feels perfect. She never rushed us, never pushed us, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. She’s genuinely the best, and when I’m ready for more furniture, she’ll absolutely be the one I go back to.

Glenda (formerly from Glendale) was absolutely fabulous. Answered all the questions that we had, gave us home decor tips and explained additional products and services that Lazy Boy offers that we never knew about. Highly recommend her expertise. Left very content with our recliner purchase to match our newly redone bedroom. Great job Glenda!.

Absolutely fabulous. I was not planning on buying anything but the sales for Memorial Day and the wonderful sales lady that helped us made it a worthwhile trip. I am so thrilled with this store, customer service and everything. What a great addition to the Prasada area.
