Always helpful knowledgeable people to count on. Everything for every project is available when you need it. I'm impressed by how serious the employees are about giving you a hand. We visited the paint area, and a dedicated young lady had good advice without being overbearing. My wife ran in quick for a squeegee, and a young gentleman made it very quick. Thank The Home Depot.

I had an issue with a staff member being rude, I called while in the parking lot and spoke to Marissa, part of the management team. She asked if I would come back in the store so she could help me personally. I did, and Marissa walked me to the product I needed, asked if I needed anything else, walked me to the check out and made things right! A Good manager turned my previous review of 1 star into a 5 star! Thank you.

From the initial encounter Taylor was sweet and professional. She took me to the showroom and explained what was in stock, on the way, or had to be ordered. I initially wanted a smaller dimensional sectional but I expressed what i was looking for (something that invited you in to be comfortable). She allowed me to walk freely and I fell in love with Tranquil set. She was very thorough with measurements, styles - even sent options to look at, and explaining care instructions since I noted I had a kid. She wasn't pushy like the "traditional salesman". It was like shopping with a friend. Delivery was the next day, the crew was on time, mindful of the home, and generous to make sure it was positioned exactly how I wanted it. It's only been day 1 from having it but I smile all the time walking into my living room and it was affordable.
