Spent a great deal of money on a solid wood door from Home Depot 7 years ago. Unfortunately the lock set stopped working to the point we couldn’t open the door from the outside. I called a lock smith for help and he recommended a new lock set, I ordered one and he came back to install it and after 2 hours he made matters worse and I asked him to stop. I called Bill and he came out the next day and after less than an hour, we are back in business! He was courteous, kind, and had great advice! Amazing company. My friend had his jacket stolen with his car keys inside leaving him with no car and stranded. I was expecting to have a hard time finding a place that was open on New Year’s Day and affordable to be difficult but this company promptly answered and set up a time that worked since we were quite a ways away from the car. The guy was on time, quick, professional, and friendly. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. Highly recommend! There’s always that one New Year’s Eve story that is all bad but this one ended way better than expected! So thank you again!!
