3 Best Assisted Living Facilities in Surprise, AZ

My grandmother has been at the Banff location for about two years. I am so grateful that my family found this group home where she is so well cared for. I have visited on multiple occasions and it is apparent how the staff care for every resident. The house is clean and tidy no matter the time of day that I visit, and the residents always get the help they need. It is a challenging decision to place an elderly loved one in any type of home or facility—not to mention a difficult transition for the individual entering the home. Paradise for Parents is the place. I am so grateful for Laura, Melanie, Miriam and Elvis for the love and care they have shown to my grandmother. It is all I could ever ask for when I live on the other side of the country.

We love visiting the residents & staff at the Surprise location home. We are amazed at how normal life is for the residents. Rooms are clean and personalized, residents are well cared for, and the food is excellent. We would be proud to have a relative live there.

I moved my mother to A Paradise for Parents in August by the recommendation of a friend whose husband lives there as well. The staff, Laura, Elvis, Melanie, and Robert are wonderful with the residents. (Sorry if I missed anyone) They cater to the residents needs, my mother is diabetic so her meals are fixed to her sugar levels. I am so happy my mom is fitting in well and enjoying her days with the staff and other residents. Highly recommend this home.

I am leaving this review for what I observed during my short stay ( Employment purpose )at Solana At the Park. Cosmetically wise the community is very well decorated and , clean. In regards of customer service received was great. The front desk staff " Maria" was very friendly and helpful. Caregivers, Med techs, Nurses and Administration were caring and, attentive toward the well-being of the residents.In regards of the culinary team, I cannot say too much because I was there for a short time , I only tried the " Chef Salad" which was very fresh and, well presented. Overall my experience at the Solana Assisted living was a great one. Too bad I had to resign for health related problems otherwise I would defintely stayed.

We moved our 90-year-old father to Solana from out-of-state six months ago and are very happy with the care he’s receiving. The caregivers and nurses are friendly and patient and the management and staff have gone out of their way to accommodate his needs, even when something unexpected has come up after hours or on the weekend. There is such a feeling of security for the family when you know your loved one is being well cared for. I highly recommend Solana.

My Mom has been here a little over a month and is loving it! The food is good and the environment is inviting and very well kept. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Solana at the Park.
