Orchard Pointe of Surprise has been a true blessing for our family over the past five years. The care and attention that the staff provided to both my Mom and Dad was nothing short of extraordinary. From the very first day, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel confident that we had made the right choice. The team at Orchard Pointe is not just professional, but they are genuinely caring individuals who go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. They treated my parents with the utmost respect, kindness, and compassion, always ensuring their comfort and well-being. The communication with us as a family was excellent; we were always kept informed and felt involved in their care. The community itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of activities and amenities that kept my parents engaged and happy. Whether it was the daily activities or just the friendly conversations, my parents always felt valued and cared for. Orchard Pointe of Surprise is more than just a place for senior living; it's a family. The incredible staff made all the difference in my parents' lives, and we are forever grateful for the love and care they received. I cannot say enough, complimentary things about this community! First of all Zaira is an amazing Sales Director and did a wonderful job working with me and my clients. Her communication was flawless and at no time my clients feel pressured just extremely reassured about their loved ones next chapter. This community is clean and inviting and has an amazing team that kindly greets you and offers assistance whenever they can. The Executive Director personally introduced herself to my client and took the time to chat & build a rapport. I’m very appreciative of this team and look forward to working with them in the future!.

This is a very nice place and the staff are very attentive and kind. My uncle needs extra care and understanding and they are always looking out for him and I've seen them actively engaging with all of the residents. There are lots of activities for residents. Recently, they've added new roles to ensure communication between staff and residents on needs and you can see the difference. Our experience has been extremely positive and I'm very happy that we chose Orchard Pointe for my uncle.

I am leaving this review for what I observed during my short stay ( Employment purpose )at Solana At the Park. Cosmetically wise the community is very well decorated and , clean. In regards of customer service received was great. The front desk staff " Maria" was very friendly and helpful. Caregivers, Med techs, Nurses and Administration were caring and, attentive toward the well-being of the residents.In regards of the culinary team, I cannot say too much because I was there for a short time , I only tried the " Chef Salad" which was very fresh and, well presented. Overall my experience at the Solana Assisted living was a great one. Too bad I had to resign for health related problems otherwise I would defintely stayed.

We moved our 90-year-old father to Solana from out-of-state six months ago and are very happy with the care he’s receiving. The caregivers and nurses are friendly and patient and the management and staff have gone out of their way to accommodate his needs, even when something unexpected has come up after hours or on the weekend. There is such a feeling of security for the family when you know your loved one is being well cared for. I highly recommend Solana.

My Mom has been here a little over a month and is loving it! The food is good and the environment is inviting and very well kept. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Solana at the Park.
