I have had my watch batteries replaced by them for years. I love their service. I also love their estate sale selection. But, my favorite by far is the jewelry ED Marshalls has completed for me after we worked on a design. For the gold longhorns, the jeweler paid careful attention to the weight so they were not too heavy. For the jade, they gave a lot of attention to the diamond grade. We created an amazing family ring with a collection of stones that went perfectly together. I have been so impressed with E.D. Marshalls. With jewelry that you don’t want to lose but is out of date, this is where you can go to breathe new life.

Wow!! 10/10!! My experience at Berkshire was far beyond than what I expected. Michelle helped me build a custom ring with two original rings that I had, while Jason made the magic happen. I’ll be honest, I didn’t know what the outcome of my ring would be because it was a rough sketch that we drew up together by hand - designing a ring that is unique and like no other. Yesterday I picked up my ring (only took 2 1/2 weeks to make) and it is absolutely amazing and so much better than I imagined!! Everyone was so kind and helpful, no matter how many questions you have. They make you feel at home and like family- this kind of customer service is rare. I will only be returning to Berkshire Diamonds for my jewelry! Thank you for creating a beautiful ring for me.

These guys are the Best!! Michael and Michelle went out if their way to make sure the bracelet that my deceased daughter made for me was kept in tact and was reseated on a new chain. I will never go to another jeweler. I seldom write reviews but these guy’s are unique and absolutely deserve 5 out of 5 stars. Make them your jeweler! Thank-you Michael & Michelle! Amazing service. Walked in and was immediately greeted. Needed some links put back in my watch, but didn't have the pins. At once quick glance they noticed I had a pin in backwards (attention to details! ) and fixed that for me too. I wasn't sure if I needed 1 or 2 links put back in my watch, so, they put in 1 first so I could test before putting in the 2nd link. Would 110% recommend Berkshire to anyone.
