I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Greulich’s. I brought my car in to have my A/C repaired, and unfortunately was not able to afford the costs. But D’Angelo saw my two kids and wanted to make sure I was back on the road with a/c so they are safe with the heat coming soon. He got creative and found a way to make sure I could afford the repairs. Totally outstanding service and made a lifelong customer out of me.

This place is top notch. Honest crew and work you can trust. Keith is a good guy and easy to talk to. They did not try to up sell on services not needed. I have taken my project car there and my family cars. I can't speak highly enough. This is a rare gem where you will have one less worry about Greulich's.

My husband and I went to Greulichs for an oil change and 60k mile service on my Toyota Corolla. As always they were fast, efficient, were you able to get me a few discounts on the services that we needed. We will keep coming back to Greulichs because of their knowledge and great customer service.

I took my 99 Dodge Grand Caravan to Greuliches for a Transmission service. When I got the car home it had a small transmission leak that it did not have before the service! Greulich told me that they did not remove the Trany fluid pan, but there were new and different screws in the fluid pan! I do my own oil changes, so I know for certain that they did remove the fluid pan and had trouble putting it back on! I also had a Transmission service coupon special. When I showed them the coupon, they instantly jacked up the price of the fluid change so I paid the full price! Greulich's for me was dishonest and unreliable! WILHELM AUTOMOTIVE SURPRISE REVIEWS

I am new in town and did not yet have a mechanic. Wilhelm took me in right away, as I could not drive my car. They called within the day to give me a summary of the work to be done, the cost, and the estimated time to complete the work. After starting the work, they found an additional problem, called to inform me and get consent to repair, and finished the entire project in a few days. Free rides to and from the shop were super helpful. Personnel were friendly, courteous, and efficient. I will make Wilhelm my regular car shop.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Wilhelm for years and have always appreciated their friendly, knowledgeable staff and the consistent quality of their service. They communicate clearly, treat you with respect, and truly care about meeting your needs. I highly recommend Wilhelm for anyone looking for a dependable and customer-focused automotive experience.

We had a wonderful experience with Wilhelm Automotive. We really appreciated that when assessing our vehicle, they provided photos and videos in their report and left very detailed notes on what was needed for our car. I have been a Sun devil customer for over 5 years, I have always been skeptical, when it comes to mechanic shops, but the Store Manager Val, has taken that away and has been, honest, trustworthy and reliable. I used to go to the Avondale location, but followed Val when he got transfered to the Surprise location, even though it's a 30 minute longer comute and all Sun Devil shops are connected, I leave my car services with Val and his team, because of the quality traits I have prayed for in a mechanic shop Manager! Thank you Val and Sun Devil auto team.

We’ve been going to these guys for years now and we have never had a bad experience. I’ve worked with both the Sun City west branch and most recently the one in Surprise Civic center and both places have been amazing. The staff is super friendly and patient. They take the time to explain things to you and answer your questions to make sure you understand everything your car needs.

Been doing business with them for over 20 years and they have never disappointed me. Thank you, Sun Devil auto for yet, another excellent experience.
