3 Best Hotels in Surprise, AZ

We enjoyed this hotel. The decor is nice throughout, especially in our room. We found everything to be clean and well maintained. (As a former lodging operators ourselves, we scrutinize carefully compared to most people.) We appreciate being able to bring our dog. They accommodated an early check in so we could make it to a spring training game on time. The breakfast was better than many we’ve had at hotels. I used the fitness equipment and it was all like new. There was plenty of ice available and the selection of vending machines even includes ice cream bars.

The Staff and Manager are some of the best people we have ever come across in a hotel setting that will help you right away without hesitation. Normally it takes time for your request / needs to be met which is understandable. However this place doesnt hesitate at all. Once you request something or tell them about an issue they are all over it very quickly. Plus everyone is always smiling which makes everything that much better. The hotel itself is still gojng through some changes but once it gets completey finished this will be the place to stay in Surprise / Sun City.

Front desk gal at around 1030 or 11 was helpful and friendly. Room was amazing. Please keep up the good work. Stay for for my father and step mother to relax and have a night away.

This hotel is so well run with a staff of caring, friendly people who actually strive to make your stay PERFECT! We are long overdue in writing this review as we have been coming to this hotel every year for over 15 years! The Manager, Gina Nunez is a fully hands-on, team member that truly connected to every facet of this finely tuned machine! Paula, Lindy, Jessica and Mia have always greeted us with a smile and go above and beyond to make sure our stay is perfect each and every time. I would not stay anywhere else when we come into the area because we KNOW it could never be as good as the Hampton Inn Surprise! I cannot say enough good things about the exquisite guest experience here from the service staff, the housekeeping staff, and the breakfast team, all truly care about the guests. The hotel, the rooms, the pool and delicious breakfast every day are incredible.

If you need to stay in Suprise AZ this is a win for location and price. Room recieved a 5 star for cleanliness and decor. Rooms are comparable to most Hampton Inn rooms that have been updated. The main reason for the 5 star was the customer service team at this location. Paula was the 1st to greet me. She was wonderful and made me feel right at home. Breakfast was good 'better then most'. You could tell they take pride in their cleanliness and presentation. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

The staff is exceptional! Gina is the manager and has been there since it opened. Lindy, Paula, Eileen and Mya are the front desk workers and are so welcoming each visit. We had a problem with our bed frame the last visit and Mike the maintenance man took care of it right away.
