3 Best Hotels in Surprise, AZ

You can tell that this Holiday Inn and Suites has established a culture of excellence among all its staff. Everyone is friendly, professional, and cares about the facility and customer experience. Emery at the front counter was awesome when we checked in, taking the time to ensure we still received members credit for our stay even though booked through a travel web site. Every staff person said “hello” as the busily went about their task. The facilities were clean. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The showers were fantastic with ample and quick hot water. The location is great for NW portion of Phoenix area (Sun City, Sun City West, Surprise, etc.).

I was so impressed with the Holiday Inn Express in Surprise,AZ! The hotel common areas and rooms smelled fresh and were clean and beautiful! Our front desk person was so kind and helpful! The complimentary breakfast was awesome! The 2 ladies that prepare the food clearly take great pride in their service! Great job HIE.

The hotel and room was very clean and nice. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We had to leave for baseball before the free breakfast so they provided us a grab and go breakfast.

This hotel is so well run with a staff of caring, friendly people who actually strive to make your stay PERFECT! We are long overdue in writing this review as we have been coming to this hotel every year for over 15 years! The Manager, Gina Nunez is a fully hands-on, team member that truly connected to every facet of this finely tuned machine! Paula, Lindy, Jessica and Mia have always greeted us with a smile and go above and beyond to make sure our stay is perfect each and every time. I would not stay anywhere else when we come into the area because we KNOW it could never be as good as the Hampton Inn Surprise! I cannot say enough good things about the exquisite guest experience here from the service staff, the housekeeping staff, and the breakfast team, all truly care about the guests. The hotel, the rooms, the pool and delicious breakfast every day are incredible.

If you need to stay in Suprise AZ this is a win for location and price. Room recieved a 5 star for cleanliness and decor. Rooms are comparable to most Hampton Inn rooms that have been updated. The main reason for the 5 star was the customer service team at this location. Paula was the 1st to greet me. She was wonderful and made me feel right at home. Breakfast was good 'better then most'. You could tell they take pride in their cleanliness and presentation. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

The staff is exceptional! Gina is the manager and has been there since it opened. Lindy, Paula, Eileen and Mya are the front desk workers and are so welcoming each visit. We had a problem with our bed frame the last visit and Mike the maintenance man took care of it right away.
