She listened to all of my preferences and brought me a wide variety of stunning dresses—including styles I never would have considered but ended up loving! I came in with full intentions of just trying on dresses, not actually choosing one… but to my surprise, I said YES TO MY DRESS! The team set us up in the perfect spot in the boutique, which made the experience feel even more special. And to top it off, Stacey even popped in while I was trying on dresses, adding to the incredible energy of the day. The entire staff was just a vibe—so warm, welcoming, and fun! Prior to my appointment my consultant, Sarah, called me to get necessary details so that she was well prepared for my visit and I really appreciated the seamless feel it gave transitioning from the appointment making to actual try-on day. From the moment we walked in, the team made me and my guests feel so welcome. The boutique has an intimate feel which made the experience even more special. My consultant, Sarah, was incredible! She never rushed me, paid close attention to my reactions, and pulled dresses that matched my style and vision while also encouraging me to step outside my comfort zone. Because of her, I ended up falling in love with a gown completely different from what I thought I wanted and I couldn’t love it more! The entire process was seamless, fun, and stress-free. Sarah took care of everything down to taking pictures of the dresses for us so my guests could sit back and enjoy the experience with me. Shoutout to Iris and the Wedding Factor! I had a wonderful experience trying on dresses and was comfortable at every appointment. Living out of state, I found them online as I had a specific dress in mind that I wanted to try on. They didn’t have it in the store at the time (but assured me they could order it) but I ended up with a completely different dress by the same designer! I appreciated that they offered honest opinions, listened to any feedback, and really cared about helping me find the right dress. I also had alterations done in-house and it was a smooth and easy process. I can’t recommend Iris and the Wedding Factor enough!

After what could only be described as a disaster appointment at a big name bridal store, I went to the Sample Rack and had the most healing, reparative experience with Bethany. I sent in a few links and ideas of what I wanted ahead of the appointment and as soon as I got there, Bethany pulled what ended up being the dress I purchased! As a plus-size bride, I was afraid that there wouldn't be much for me here, as many secondhand/sample shops I've researched don't, but I was pleasantly surprised to have many options to choose from. Bethany was warm, welcoming, and not only validated my vision but brought it to life. I feel so lucky that my path crossed with Bethany's on my bridal journey and that she helped me find the dress of my dreams without pressure and guided by my values. I cannot recommend The Sample Rack enough!!

I had the most relaxed, enjoyable appointment with Bethany over the summer. She was so attentive, listening carefully to what I described and then finding the perfect gown as her first pick for me to try. The dress ticked every box, despite me going into the appointment feeling completely overwhelmed by the world of choices available, and Bethany made it all seems so easy. An absolute professional, and such a pleasure to spend time with. The owner arrived for a meeting near the end of my appointment time and was so welcoming and kind. Bethany at The Sample Rack was absolutely phenomenal. She not only helped me on the journey of finding my wedding gown, but did it effortlessly and with the patience of an angel.
