First of all I absolutely cannot tell you how amazing our salesperson Zach Randt was, from the moment we walked in he went above and beyond anything that would have been expected to ensure we got everything we could want or need, and allowed us to find the perfect car for our daughter. Without a doubt ask for him when you go in! I do have an issue with the warranty, I asked for one thing and was given another by the finance manager but hopefully, I can call tomorrow to have that addressed.

I had a great buying experience at Pacifico Ford! Tim was super helpful in helping me select the best Bronco for me, and Neal was great with helping me seal the deal. Everyone was personable, professional, and knowledgeable, and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. I highly recommend this dealership.

Ford's Valet service was very convenient. The entire process was easy and executed well. I was able to get my vehicle service completed while I was at work and delivered back to be before the end of the day. I was very pleased.

It was a great experience from start to end. As soon as we walked in, we were all greeted by a young lady who assisted us to the wait area. The facility was super nice and clean, Customer service was amazing. We were assisted by John Concha, which made our experience and purchase a reality. He helped us finding the right car and color at the right price. He also set us up with the Blue Link app, and took time to show us the features from the vehicle. Also want to thank Howard Bregman for being honest, straightforward, and gave us all the information we needed. No pressure, just an honest Finance Director. Staff was very nice, we met a few people from the staff, including Jon Abraham, which was also very knowledgeable on the Hyundai N division. Thank you Faulkner Hyundai and John Concha for making this purchase the smoothest we’ve ever had. Well worth the drive from NYC.

Was just in on Tuesday to trade in my lease, got myself a new 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe XRT thanks to Fred Falcon! What an incredible salesmen, he was so personable, outgoing and kind! He went absolutely above and beyond for me, I am so thankful I got to work with him. If you’re in the market for a new car, go see Fred! I do not have enough nice things to say about him.
