We got just the bed we wanted, and were pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the price was. And the delivery experience was just as top-notch — they gave us a three hour window for delivery on a Saturday morning, and the truck got here at the very beginning of the window (so we didn’t have to wait around wondering when they would show up). And the delivery guys were great — we were amazed at how quickly they got the bed to the third floor, assembled the frame, and got the bed set up. Overall, just an excellent experience from beginning to end.
