They were professional, on time, very nice, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were clean and cautious with my furniture and items handling them with care. The whole experience was customer friendly and very professional. Blinds Brothwrs was the third place I went. I wanted top down blinds on a very tall window. They were the only place that offered a pole that released a magnetized strip at the top. Other vendors had electric options which are very expensive. He took my order with half down and the rest due upon installation. In 3weeks! Installation was equally seamless. Two very professional knowledgeable men came in and installed 6 window shades in 2 hours. Couldn’t have been any better.

This was such an easy and rewarding experience. I really did not have the first clue as to what I should do with my giant window. I met with Donna from the Walnut Street store and she showed me a selection of fabrics and sent me home with samples. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. My husband and I found a pattern we really loved, but there were several choices that would have looked very nice as well. The technician came to my home to take careful measurements and the installation was quick and flawless. My shade makes the whole room. I could not be happier.
