This place is awesome. Gina took care of us today and we appreciate the customer service that she gave us and the Owner gave us. All round GREAT PEOPLE! I found this place by mistake years ago and I purchased my wife's engagement semi ring mount here and other bands. Now years later I am brining my cousin for the same experience. I love SSJ. My husband has been buying me the roses for Valentine's Day for many years & I treasure them so much. Recently, I had one break due to my own carelessness, I was told they are not repairable, but Kim had my husband's account immediately in front of her to assist quickly with corresponding evidence, replacement & followup. I couldn't be more pleased.

I live in Southern California and I’ve used Steven Singer in the past and have never had any problems. This time around there was an issue with the delivery of my item así I reached out via email. The response was very quick and I felt Cher had amazing customer service. I am appreciative of the way she handled the whole situation and I can honestly say they have a lifetime customer with me. Best gold / platinum dipped roses. No one else we've tried lives up to Steven Singer quality or pricing. Sent rose to a 95 year old aunt who is legally blind and also deaf. Their customer service rep Kim worked to have the card font enlarged as possible. This is a great company with a wonderful staff. Thank you.
