AUTOZONE AUTO PARTS PHILADELPHIA REVIEWS

This autozone came to save me a few times when I needed parts in a pinch and no one else was open(of course this was when it was 24/7, sad to see it’s not anymore) anyways they almost always had what I needed and I made an hour and a half drive to get there and get what I needed to get vehicles running smoothly. Their staff was always nice, and their armed security guard always escorted me out to my vehicle to make sure I got to it safely. Always felt that was going above and beyond what they were required to do, very appreciative. Of entire staff here

It’s a very busy in this place but once you get on the phone with somebody and you give them the information. Clearly they will go out that way to help you, especially the Muslim sister very professional. And the rest of the staff staff are very cool and very helpful and very respectful.

Pick up this blue metal specs paint absolutely love the product fits real good on my Ford.

This is by far the best parts store in our area. You get greeted when you walk in. Friendly knowledgeable woman and men to help you with your car needs. I go out of my area to come to this store. Thanks for the pleasant atmosphere and the great attitudes. And great car and truck parts

This is the best retail, auto parts experience around --quick, courteous and knowledgeable. And there are no grease monkeys in the parking lot.

The store employees are very friendly and helpful. They know what they're doing, go or off their way to keep the store well stocked, clean & organized. If you know how to do the job yourself, they'll quickly pull the item & quickly get you on your way. Or, if you need help, they'll give you a hand. There's free, off street parking with wheelchair access, with an entrance to match.

Husband went in told them what he needed, they had it. He was in and out. Stupendous, I did not go in, but the stress I had that day none of it was related to NAPA, SO THANK YOU!!!! For unknowingly bringing a smile to my face. Service had to of been smooth, since my Brazilian husband hadn't came out to get me in order to relay what part he needed. Again, thank you.

Really knowledgeable people inside and they do the best they can. Also all the time have the parts you need. Call before you go to reassure part is in stock though.
