From the very moment I walked through the doors, I was warmly greeted by Daryl, one of the sales representatives. His politeness and willingness to help truly made a difference throughout my shopping experience. He was attentive to my needs and offered valuable insight, which made the entire purchase process remarkably smooth. I walked out feeling satisfied and excited with exactly what I wanted. Additionally, I was impressed with the variety of options available and the affordability of the furniture pieces. It was refreshing to experience such excellent customer service, which is sometimes hard to come by these days. I wouldn’t hesitate at all to recommend Bob's Discount Furniture to my friends and family.

Very nice first time ever there. Met with a sales representative once inside the store. She was very formative about what we were looking for. Looked at 3 types of styles.was given plenty of time. To think about it and answered all of our questions.also gave us answers to questions I didn't get to ask yet.set up was quick and easy.and was giving my results less than 24 hours. I'm very satisfied in price and communication that I received there. Plus if I have anymore questions I'm able to call there or even text my sales representative.

Working with sales associate "Shamika" was a great experience. She was so patient with me and very pleasant. My furniture shopping experience was peaceful and trouble-free thanks to her. I will be back.

This shopping experience at R&F has been wonderful!! Jarius has been exceptionally excellent: he’s informative about R&F products, gracious with the changes that have needed to be made, prompt to answer emails—a consummate , courteous professional! Props also to manager Sarah and Angelica at the service desk! R&F is continuing to make our transition to our new home as smooth as possible—much appreciation for their talented staff.

I had a wonderful experience at the store thanks to Nina, the sales associate who helped us. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to understand our needs. Nina not only provided excellent options for what we were interested in, but she also guided us through customization choices, making sure we found exactly what we were looking for. Her friendly and professional service made the shopping experience a breeze. Highly recommend working with Nina.

This store has something for everyone! Who knew that I would walk away with a cow hide rug! The furniture is all different styles and varieties. They have bedding, kitchenware, outdoor furniture and accessories, food, anything you can think of. They had all sorts of rooms set up to give you style ideas. The store is very cool.

IKEA is an excellent store with a wide range of well designed and inexpensive household items. The store is huge. They have an on site cafeteria that offers some delicacies, most notably the Swedish meatballs. The parking lot is large, and the Philadelphia location convenient. Recommended.

My chess opponent chose this place to play a few weekends ago and I see why he chose it. Great atmosphere, not too noisy, lots of room. The eating venue is great and the products they sell are at great bargains. I plan on coming back.
