TOP 3 MAD ROOSTER CAFE REVIEWS
As a first-timer, I was recommended this place by a local, and it didn’t disappoint. I placed my order via phone, and the lady who took my call was incredibly helpful and patient. I opted for the “Monte Cristo” breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes. It was a delightful surprise—the crispy, crunchy French toast paired perfectly with the well-cooked and assembled sandwich, served with a side of potatoes and fresh fruit. A definite 10/10! Though I couldn’t stay to dine in, I’m eager to return for the full experience. Highly recommended, even for takeout! Thank you, Mad Rooster.
Oh man! So glad my husband stumbled on this place for breakfast while here. So many options that I wish I could have ordered more! The coffee was delicious but I was so impressed with the food! This has been the best breakfast restaurant I have ever ate at! Fresh food (especially the fruit even during the winter), great portions, and excellent service. We will definitely be back before we fly out!
Fantastic food paired with top-notch service! Hershay was a gem, catering to our every need with a smile. Can't wait to return!

TOP 3 COLECTIVO COFFEE ON THE LAKEFRONT REVIEWS
Love a good coffee shops. This location is very unique. The old pumping station, that has kept a lot of the infrastructure intact. It's a authentic view of some of some very impressive engineering. And the coffee part is pretty nice as well. Plenty of the usual drinks offering, and lots of seating. I ordered a London Fog latte. It was good, but lacked the typical foam head. Next time I will ask for extra. Will definitely stop next time I am at the lakefront.
I had a berry smoothie with protein in it, it unfortunately wasn’t the best especially for it being $8. Your best bet is to stick with the coffee. Other than that, it has a great location and a lot of seating to offer both inside and outside. Great place to study, bring your dogs, or meet up with a friend. Parking: Parking lot is usually really full.
Loveeeee their cranberry pumpkin muffin. This place is always packed so sometimes hard to find a seat inside. But when warm out there is plenty of seating outside. Love it there!

TOP 3 COMET CAFE REVIEWS
Comet Cafe in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, proved to be a delightful spot for a lunch outing. From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the cool ambiance. Despite being a popular spot, I had no trouble finding a seat, which was a plus. The cleanliness of the place added to the overall positive experience. The server's friendliness and attentiveness stood out during my visit, enhancing the dining experience. Their warm demeanor added a personal touch to the meal, making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Opting for the club sandwich was a wise choice. It was delicious, with fresh ingredients and flavorful combinations that satisfied my taste buds. Each bite was a perfect balance of textures and tastes, leaving me thoroughly impressed with the culinary offerings of Comet Cafe. Convenience played a role in my experience as well. Finding street parking nearby made the visit hassle-free, adding to the appeal of returning regularly, especially if I lived nearby. Comet Cafe would undoubtedly become a regular dining spot for me, given its combination of great food, friendly service, and convenience. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Comet Cafe to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience in Milwaukee. Whether it's for lunch, dinner, or even just a casual hangout, Comet Cafe has everything you need for a memorable meal.
I had the Big Boss Hamburger with french fries, and I thought it was really good. The service was good, and it was quick. I sat at the counter, and I am a huge lunch counter fan - so I was already in a good mood once I saw they had counter service. The Big Boss is like a Big Mac or a Big Boy - I was happy with the hamburger (since I will admit I do like McDonald's Big Macs). The bar on the other side of the restaurant (opposite wall of the counter service) is beautiful.
Bobby and Bailey were amazing- as well as everyone else who helps out. Huge vegan menu. My new go to when in town!!! Mocktail menu is awesome and gotta get the sport tea!!
