Co-owners and co-head chefs Dan Jacobs and Dan Van Rite have always shared a passion for cooking and eating Chinese cuisine. DanDan restaurant is named for the Sichuan noodle dish, and Dan Jacobs and Dan Van Rite are the restaurant owners. Diners can enjoy chef-driven dishes inspired by the chefs’ own childhood memories of eating at Chinese restaurants. They specialize in American-Chinese cuisine and also offer six types of dim sum.
