Brought my new Mazda CX70 in for the first time for service and couldn’t have had a nicer experience. Luis Resende my service advisor greeted me as soon as I walked in. He got me set up quickly, directed me to the free coffee and snacks and let me know the service time would be around 90 minutes. Nice dealership amenities to wait while the car is being serviced. I received text messages with a video of the service mechanic checking my car out. That’s super nice to see for a chang. At the end, Luis went over my car’s status with me and let me know exactly what was done. Spot on with timing as well. I’m sure I’ll be headed back for future service needs.

The entire experience was awesome. I contacted William about a vehicle and he reached out a few times but was not pushy. I wanted to sleep on the decision for a week and did not feel pressured to come in for a test drive. Once I decided to come in for the test drive, he had the car pulled around and ready to look at. He gave a nice overview of the features and again was not pressuring me or rushing me. He took time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. He worked with me to get to a pricepoint I felt comfortable with. I had reached out to another dealership and did not go with them because of their high pressure sales experience. This had to of been the smoothest and easiest dealership experience I’ve ever dealt with. I went in with my 2018 Mini Cooper that was piling up on miles and I just wasn’t happy with the payments. I knew I was going to be in negative equity so I went in with low hopes thinking I’d be driving off in my cooper and hoping that it has some type of value left after I paid it off. HOWEVER, I had no clue I was going to be driving off in a brand new gladiator! Scott did a great job in working with me and not pressuring me into something that would hurt my wallet. He continuously worked on getting more value for my trade and got with finance to get me a number I was comfortable with for payments! When you goto Greenway, ask for Scott. You won’t regret it.

I was extremely pleased with Molos, He is only 24 years old, but the amount of knowledge and experience he has is beyond many. I called about a truck I saw on the website and immediately he did everything within 15 minutes. He treated me as if he knew I was going to buy the truck and as you know that’s not always the case, his drive, customer service skills and communication made me drive 4 hours to close the deal.
