Professional and personal service from the first phone call! The whole process completed in under 3 months. I experienced no hassle scheduling for the home visit where Rick answered all of my questions. Their expert arrived a few days later to measure the old French doors to be replaced with a new slider (see photos for before and after) and 17 windows throughout the house (all but one). Then Denise monitored the permit process with regular communication while I coordinated with the HOA. Axel called to schedule the installation as soon as the windows arrived. Marcelo and Felipe completed the installation in four days. I could see the difference on the first day! Marcelo explained the process every step of the way and worked with me for the order of rooms as we navigated the timing with the five large windows and dogs around the house. Both delivered exceptional and knowledgeable service leaving every work area cleaner than they found it. Every member of their team delivered consistent and cordial customer service. I highly recommend this team if you’re looking to replace your windows in the Orlando area. Thank you again to the ARMORVUE team for making this overhaul experience smoother than I expected.

For Jeffrey Steven’s: Jeffrey helped us determine the doors we wanted and ensured the we had the estimated time for delivery and Install. He also stopped by the day the patio door was being installed which was very nice and unexpected. He made our lives & outside view incredible! For Fabio & Leo: Quality was this team’s main objective which they achieved timely. Each was respectful to us and our property. The patio door and front door are so beautiful and well worth the cost.

Completed our consultation yesterday with Ron and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and clear on options and advice for our homes needs. Window World ,was the best decision we made,the window was beautiful and made our house look so much nicer,the installation was a breeze they clean up after the windows was installed and show us how the windows open,I would recommend Window World to all our friends and neighbors. Amazing experiences.

We had five hurricane impact windows installed and the three guys worked tirelessly at this difficult job of drilling and installing these windows into cement block. They did such a great job and were friendly as well as efficient. My husband and I were totally impressed. I do wish they had used more covers over our furniture, although they covered the floors. Other than that, Exzart, Ricardo, and Edward were five star installers. Plus, they’re beautiful windows.

I LOVE my windows from Window World! The whole experience from the salesman, to the installers has been a pleasure. The installation crew were very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful with all my questions. They covered my floors, which were newly tiled, took great care with neatness, cleaned up the job when completed! I couldn't be happier! What a difference a day makes.

Just wanted to share my excellent experience from start to finish with my recent 3 door installation. Eric C was my 1st contact & sales rep who took his time to go thru the different product styles & his suggestions complimented my home. Beth J kept me very informed w/ time lines during my project & also accommodated a needed schedule change. Paul came out to do the measurements and went over all the designs/product order to make sure everything was correct. Miguel & Roy did an excellent job with the actual install. They were very respectful to me & made sure there was no mess left behind. James, my fellow Patriots fan stopped by to do the walk thru & addressed a few minor adjustments. Great job by all & thank you the beautiful new doors.

I am very pleased with my windows and door. They were passionate, hard working and cooperative. If I had more money they would be doing my sliding glass door and kitchen window. Their product is very well designed and honestly, I could not be happier with their product and assistance. My team was Orlando and Damian and they were great throughout the entire install.

Ben did a fantastic job. Highly recommend. I give him and his crew at 10/10. A well oiled machine. Our big window was not a simple job. They made it seem easy.
