UNIVERSAL'S CABANA BAY BEACH RESORT REVIEWS

Perfect hotel for your Universal vacation. Clean, safe, comfortable and affordable. It’s just steps away from Volcano Bay. When using the free bus transportation to and from the parks I never waited more than 10 minutes. I spent 6 nights there and was at the parks everyday. Over the years I may of stayed here 12 times or so. It is very family friendly and lots to do for the kids. City Walk is just a 10 minute bus ride away. I highly recommend Cabana Bay Beach Resort.

Great family friendly hotel option for people staying near universal studios. 2 pools, one with a lazy river and one with a water slide. Nice cafeteria style dining. A bowling alley with a nice menu as well. Bars at both pools and in the lobby. A decent arcade. A gift shop with everything you could possibly need. A nice ice cream bar as well. Very very close to volcano Bay and a short walk or bus ride from city walk.

We had a really good time, they have text to answer any question very fast and informative. They have a fire pit to do s’mores kids loved it, bus system was very fast , pool was very good.

Fantastic hotel! We are hired over and over again by people needing makeup and hair for corporate events and weddings, so we have had the pleasure of working at Shingle Creek on many occasions. Everything that is done there is top notch. The service is excellent. The people are great. The hotel is clean. The food is very good and the beds are very comfortable!. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would.

Excellent hotel! The staff is super friendly and attentive. The room is great , with a very comfortable bed. There are a lot of food options, so no one will go hungry. The pools are first rate and a lot of fun. I'm not a golfer, but the course looks good and a friend said he enjoyed it. The breakfast buffet is impressive and will leave you well satisfied. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I had the chance to play 9 holes at Rosen Shingle Creek, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The course is beautifully maintained—lush fairways, smooth greens, and just the right amount of challenge to keep things exciting. Every hole had its own character, and the views were absolutely stunning.

HYATT REGENCY ORLANDO REVIEWS

Checked in for 1 night for a work event; my Husband joined for the night since we are locals. The last time we stayed at this hotel was 21 years ago this July, it was our honeymoon night. Since our anniversary is coming up, we thought it would be cool to stay in that same room. They put us in the room and they surprised us with this!!! Made our night, Thank you.

Excellent customer service and amenities. The whole place is super clean and nothing look worn out or broken. Room is really quiet and WiFi and TV were working great. Enjoyed a workout in a 5-star gym and then relaxed at a 5-star pool. Breakfast at B-Line Diner was so yummy it escapes words. Need to stay here again.

Great location close to everything Orlando has to offer. Busy hotel but the check in process was quick and easy. Valet was also quick, even with a lot of cars arriving the time we did.
