I wanted to take the time to say how grateful and appreciated I am to the management team and our home community. From the moment we moved in 2 years ago every time there is an emergency or me simply voicing any concerns they always attend to my needs in a timely and efficient matter and for that in so thankful. I always tell everyone about my home and share what a wonderful community we are. Even our neighbors always lend a helping hand. Special thank you to Oscar, Edwin, Pedro Junior, Fernando, and everyone really Amed, you guys Rock. Happy holidays from my family to yours.

Today Mr Edwin came and repaired the kitchen faucet and the bathroom exhaust fan! He also took care of the glue and paint throughout my floors! He was very efficient, pleasant and professional. I'm very pleased with his service. He deserves recognition for his expertise and knowledge of dealing with the tenants throughout the Club at Milenia. Thank you Edwin!.

Jonathan did a great job at our new apartment. He handled everything with care and was very respectful. We appreciate his time and for taking care of our plumbing issues.

Came in looking to do a tour and applied same day within the hour I got approved for my first apartment . Carmen was very helpful throughout the process.

The maintenance guys were so nice and patient. They fixed everything and installed the fire alarm real quick. We were so appreciative!.

HARBORTOWN APARTMENTS REVIEWS

The Maintenance team at H.town is always willing to help and to solve any issues. But I personally want this time to recognize the great professionalism and quick response from ROBERTO, we were experiencing issues with our Air Conditioning unit but Roberto showed an outstanding customer service and capacity to work and to solve the issue we had. The pictures showed before and after!! So Thank you Roberto! Great job!.

I must say that the office staff are so nice and very helpful. I don’t ever have to worry about any repairs needed thanks to the fast, reliable and very knowledgeable maintenance crew. The property is super friendly and super clean.beautiful pool and Awesome amenities. Love the club house which is packed with games and a super high quality theatre room. I would definitely recommend anybody and everybody to move here.

We have been living here since September of last year and this has been the best place we have ever lived in. Jose from maintenance came over today twice and resolved all issues we had. He was very knowledgeable and had no problem answering our questions. Additionally, every time i've called the office and spoken with Vanessa with questions regarding my ledger she takes her time to explain it to me. This place is beyond beautiful with the golf course view and the amenities are amazing and upkept. So grateful for our HOME!.
