I've been working long distance with this company for at least 9 years, mostly with Lorrie and she is terrific, very competent, and courteous. Not only does she inquire when she thinks something may not be spelled correctly, but she takes the time to add borders and numbers to all of my pages. They not only print the Florida Council of Bromeliad Societies Annual State Roster, but they also mail it to us. What a blessing!

We had a national convention that our women's group was attending for the first time as a vendor. Their printer, Edwin was so helpful with our constant changes. Even beyond the deadlines, he worked to get all our projects (even the last-minute ones ) to us before we left for the conference. The printing as well as the artwork was perfect and beautiful! We will definitely be using them again for our women's group and some of our members with individual projects have switched to this company as well.

Extremely impressed with the customer service at this print shop. I've had to upload several print jobs over the past several days and the shop has been extremely responsive and quick! Most importantly, there was ongoing communication; all of my questions and concerns were handled immediately. My cookbook was printed exactly how I wanted it. In fact, the cookbook quality... color, print, binding.... was even better than I imagined. Finally, the cost per book was very reasonable.
