Trinity Family Builders is relatively new to the DeLand area, and I cannot say enough great things about the company, the team, and the overall home-building experience they provide. As a local Realtor representing a buyer building in their community, I first visited Trinity Gardens to determine whether it would be a good fit for my clients. During that visit, I met Courtney S., who was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping my buyers find the right home rather than simply making a sale. We are now about halfway through the construction process, and the communication has been exceptional. Updates have been timely, expectations have been clear, and the entire team has been professional and responsive every step of the way. My buyers and I are extremely happy that we found Trinity Family Builders. If you're looking for a builder that offers quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, outstanding customer service, and strong value, I would highly recommend giving them a closer look.

As a 1st time “new build” buyer, we loved our experience with Trinity Homes. Namely in who they hire to work alongside you throughout the process, and their builders. Mr. Mikey was our builder and I can honestly say that from the day he was assigned to our house, even now almost a year later, he continues to be a tremendous resource, and guide to all things related to our home and construction questions. Miss Silvie was our new home advisor, and living next to one of the model homes, we see her quite often. She is always so kind, energetic, communicative and a great community resource. We love Trinity!.

Trinity took such good care of me from the very first step inside their doors. Sylvia was amazing. She answered all of my questions and was very supportive of me as a first time homebuyer. Their homes are really good quality and their team members really go the extra mile for you. When I started looking at homes from out of state, Trinity was in my Maybe but Probably Not list. But after seeing the home and meeting the team, I was blown away. I absolutely recommend getting your home through them, it's absolutely worth it!.

It's been a year and a half since we moved into our Custom spec M. Lahr home. I can say that we still continue to admire our home every day. We started this build amidst covid and during a challenging supply chain period, however the team at M. Lahr was very transparent and communicative at all times. We're very appreciative of M. Lahr's teams' flexibility and willingness to accommodate our requests during the build. We love our home. Thanks to Mike, Erin, Ryan and Mary for helping hand hold the build process.

I would highly recommend MLahr Homes if you're build a new home anywhere in the greater Orlando area. We bought one of their Parade of Homes winning homes in College Park and loved it so much we had them build a new home for us in Winter Park. The quality of workmanship, professionalism and attention to detail from Mike and his entire team make the entire experience memorable. Whether dealing with Mike directly or one of his team members, they have always be reachable, attentive and responsive. I'm happy to refer Mike and his team to anyone interested. Best building experience I've had anywhere we've lived.

Awesome People! We chose M Lahr Homes to build our house and couldn’t be more thankful. I think challenges come with building any custom home but their approach and resolution is what really stands out. Also can’t say enough about their care for us well after the house completion. Ryan, M Lahr’s warranty manager is amazing. We’re 2.5 years out and any issue big or small (ours have been small) they handle promptly and with no questions asked. I think Mike Lahr and Co have a level of genuine care that is hard to find. We love our house and hope to never leave but if we do we will definitely go back to M Lahr.
