We started this build amidst covid and during a challenging supply chain period, however the team at M. Lahr was very transparent and communicative at all times. We're very appreciative of M. Awesome People! We chose M Lahr Homes to build our house and couldn’t be more thankful. I think challenges come with building any custom home but their approach and resolution is what really stands out. Also can’t say enough about their care for us well after the house completion. Ryan, M Lahr’s warranty manager is amazing. We’re 2.5 years out and any issue big or small (ours have been small) they handle promptly and with no questions asked. I think Mike Lahr and Co have a level of genuine care that is hard to find. We love our house and hope to never leave but if we do we will definitely go back to M Lahr.
