I would have to say hands down a 10 out of 10 experience! In this store you could find tons of different beautiful brands and styles! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked what kind of furniture & style I was into. I was guided to my specific selection of choice and then was given more than enough time with no pressure to look around. I did come across a living room set that I couldn’t resist; it was so beautiful!! Once I made my decision, the process of purchasing was simply so smooth and fast. I definitely recommend coming to this store!! It is so neat and clean. Presentation was amazing and the service was excellent and exceptional. When you do come by please ask for DAHI!! She is very knowledgeable, professional, and the sweetest!! I will be coming back for sure.

The whole shopping experience was very pleasant and fantastic. We loved the beautiful showroom. Everyone was friendly in the store. Having a coffee shop in the store is an awesome idea! Our sales rep Victor was amazing. He was nice, patient & attentive but not aggressive. We found our favorite furniture and ended up buying the whole set for the living room and patio. Thanks Victor.

I just made a very large purchase from City Furniture, & I am extremely happy with the service I received! Not only am I perfectly in love with every piece, the attention, curtsey, & support I received was impeccable . The whole experience from the showroom to the delivery was impressive. The exchange/return policy is very definitive, so, buyers have your measurements correct! Even though I had a little “ hiccup “ in this area, the “right”agent found a way to accommodate me. I hold City Furniture, high on the top of my list for places to shop.

IKEA ORLANDO REVIEWS

I like IKEA for what it is, a nice store for every day household items and furniture for reasonable prices. As long as you set your expectations accordingly, you shouldn't be disappointed. My only frustration is the fact that this is the only store in the entire Orlando metro area, and with the number of people who live here, it is always busy. The number of people shopping here doesn't bother me, the issue I have is with their inventory. They are very frequently out of stock of items. I have given up on expecting to browse and buy items that same day. Typically I will decide what I'm interested in and then set up alerts online and wait for items to come in stock. That said, you can purchase online and use their curb side pickup service which is very nice and convenient.

The store is huge, I got lost twice. I love the way IKEA decorates each space and you can see the reality of the proportions of each product. The store is well organized, has a wide variety of offers and specials. The staff is friendly and always willing to answer any questions. Easy to find parking.

Loved walking and and seeing all the options in the store. Staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. Store was clean.

If you need good furniture and looking for really good furniture affordable rates your love going to rooms to go either the scratch and dent store or the one on East colonial. bought many things from there for good price you love that place salesperson very knowledgeable and they go above and beyond.

A MUST!! My husband and just got married and wanted a new bed. Mr. Jeff Coyle showed us the one we wanted ON THE FIRST TRY! Everyone was so nice and the process was smooth. We are so happy with our experience at Rooms To Go! Thank you Mr. Coyle.
