I’ve purchased my Tiguan R -line recently from Alexandria VW and it has been great. Never owned VW cars before I was looking for some one who had expertise to work with me. I met Mikyas Bogale at the dealership and he was super confident and professional explaining about the vehicle’s features, tips to get the most out of driving this car and other technical info about the car. He also assisted me through the whole process from beginning to picking up the car at the lot. I wouldn’t have been able to purchase with confident with out him. Of course, the whole team was incredible joe, sorrell and other staffs were very friendly and helpful.
