Yong He was very helpful in helping us find a new car for our future family and for when extended family comes to visit. We were hesitant in trading in both of our cars to downsize, but Yong He and his manager made the process very easy and smooth. Highly recommend him for all your car buying needs! I would also like to recommend the woman we spoke with that’s in charge for additional packages for the vehicle’s interior and exterior paint and leather seats. She was very helpful and kind as well! I would also like to recommend Jimmy Son, the man in charge of the financial side when buying a new vehicle. He was very kind and helpful and helped us with many things included in the buying process of our new vehicle! I had been seeking an accessible vehicle for some time and having no luck getting financed. Ray, first is very knowledgeable of the products associated with mobility access, has a first hand experience as a parent of an individual with special needs, and is very engaging and entertaining in the process. His willingness to listen to your needs and locate a suitable vehicle as well as desirable vehicles to accommodate your needs was ever present. The training offered to use the equipment and the vehicle in general was easy to understand and model, as he request that you perform the actions prior to leaving the lot. My experience with Ray was well worth the visit and I appreciate all of his efforts. Oh, also he brought the vehicle to my home for measurements and his engagement with my daughter was just as pleasant.
