My car broke down and the engine was knocking. I called shops all around town and James was able to get me in sooner and was very honest. I was going to have to pay for an engine replacement, but James told me to contact the dealership and see if there is an open recall. There was and I was able to get the dealership to replace the engine for free. I was very happy to pay the diagnosis fee as opposed to a full engine replacement. Chris was great . I had a timing belt job done here on my 2013 Honda Pilot.The price was reasonable and I trust Arrow because they have rebuilt a transmission for me in the past and that car is still running strong way past the 60k warranty. I would highly recommend. Also they do financing for those who need it. Thanks Arrow for the great job.
