I had a complete coolant loss at mid-day on the Saturday before Father's day on a 2020 Tahoe. Dealerships were not available. I called Bobby & Steve's and they couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. They picked up the vehicle and took it to the Washington Ave shop. I got a call from Dave who told me they'd look at it on Sunday (On Sunday!!). They got it in and found a destroyed water pump. They got the part, installed it, and got me on my way to an important trip by Sunday afternoon. The team at B & S's is superb. Miles and David were great as was the top tech who did the work. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Thanks!

Tow truck driver Mark gave outstanding service yesterday when he towed my disabled car from the Mpls Impound lot to the dealership in Golden Valley. He worked skillfully and fast. But it was his respect, kindness and care that meant so much in what was a very difficult situation for me. Mark is an outstanding employee and human being. I am so grateful for the excellent service he gave, and his help to me at a very difficult time.

We are in the middle of maintaining a 2004 Ford Focus, which was the vehicle I earned my sobriety coin in. It's a mess but they treat it like it's brand new. Recently repaired a Control arm and Tie-rod, on this issue but I'm a repeat customer. Any difficulties I've had within the 5 cars / 10 years I've been using Bobby and Steves have been resolved with ease. Well worth the labor costs! See you guys again soon!
