I recently took my BMW 325i for an oil change and other services. I was really impressed with Michael and how he thoroughly went over each detail; He even showed me pictures. I was given a loaner car to use while they fixed some things up. I give them 5 stars. Best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Oh, and I really liked all the snacks they offered.

Best experience possible! I had a considerable amount of work needed on my E400. The repairs were completed quickly and at a very reasonable price. Tammy, the owner, took the time to meet me and was very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. My Mercedes is now running perfectly. Import Motor Werks is my go to "guy" from now on. Very happy!

Excellent mechanic. I've been to several shops to work on my 911, and this was one of the only ones that bothered to call me at every step of the process. Frequent updates, excellent car car, and even provided high quality photos of the parts on the car that needed fixing. Even adjusted my suspension for me! Will definitely be heading back for any future work I have done.
