I chose Meineke on Whalley in New Haven for my annual Connecticut emissions test. Even though I hadn't scheduled an appointment, I was served within 15 minutes and the test was completed within a half hour. The waiting room was adequate (newer magazines please), the counter lady was pleasant and efficient. There aren't enough emissions test facilities in New Haven, but Meineke does a good job serving the area.
I was given a 45 minute wait time for my CT Emissions, but the staff had me in and out in about 20 minutes. Super efficient staff there. This is my go to emissions site.
Repeat customer here. Dropped by car at lunch time for all break pads and rotors. Car was returned by closing time. The work done was great. Staff is very friendly.
