From the time my husband entered the Memory Care unit until he passed, the care was outstanding! So many wonderful care givers. They are gentle and loving, attentive and caring. You can see it in the other residents that my husband was with every day. Everyone was well taken care and joyful. The new program director brought more engagement of all, which helped to stimulate and focus the residents. Thank you for being there in our time of need.

After roughly one month of residence, he is very happy with the choice and so is our family. My father-in-law was at Charter Senior Living of Woodbridge for the last three months of his life. We could not be happier with the wonderful, warm and supportive staff who provided him with the best care. Melissa heads the nursing team and she is a star. Rich seems to be able to solve every problem including facilitating our moves in and out. Management is very responsive and the place is pristine. The waitstaff in the dining room are friendly and caring, and my father-in-law raved about the food. Charter Living was the best decision we could have made for him. Thank you.

The food was another standout—absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. It’s clear that residents enjoy thoughtful, high-quality dining experiences every day. What truly made my visit unforgettable, however, was the outstanding tour given by Lesley Pearson. She was not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly kind and enthusiastic. Lesley took the time to thoughtfully explain every detail and truly brought the spirit of Coachman Square to life. Her passion for the community was evident, and she made me feel confident that this is a place where residents are genuinely cared for and valued. I haven’t had a chance to meet Ms Lesley Pearson in person yet. I only had chances to chat over the phone with her for my friend for various kinds of information. I found Ms Pearson absolutely a sweetheart, very much ready to help. She is also very knowledgeable & very thorough. I feel she is perfect for her current director position and higher beyond. My friend Wina praised about her and the environments in Cochran Square. She found the Community Tour by Ms Pearson very enjoyable, friendly, interesting and very impressive!!!! I just can’t wait to meet her, Ms Pearson, on one of the days that Wina’s husband becomes Cochman resident.

I brough my mother there for a tour and met with Lesley Pearson. I was so impressed with the tour Lesley gave us. The rooms were nice and large. The bathroom was just what my mother needed since she is handicap. Clean community. So much options for the residents to do. The staff was friendly. The food was amazing. We are definitely considering Coachman Square for my mother. I know she will enjoy living there.
