3 Best Auto Body Shops in New Haven, CT

e-mailed this shop on Friday after my car had been hit while parked when I was at work (hit and run). My bumper was totally misaligned and needed new clips and other parts. They got back to me super quick and I was able to bring it in Monday morning. They gave me a quote and ordered the parts that day, I brought it back this morning, and by early afternoon I had it back. In the meantime today, while they had my car, they gave me a ride to and from class. And when I picked it up, my car was not only fully repaired, but had been cleaned both inside and out! They were reasonably priced, did a great job on the repair, cleaned the car up for me, and they were all super friendly throughout the whole ordeal! I HIGHLY recommend this shop! Thank you all so much! I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future work needed.

So my car got hit by my co worker and the side door is broken badly. It’s been a long process and Abby handles it very well and provide me with all the instruction how to handle the problem with the insurance company. Furthermore, the results of the cars is very beautiful. It came out looking like it was straight out of the showroom.

Highly highly recommend! My parked car got hit and after hitting walls with the insurance companies I reached out to them. Unfortunately the declared the car a total loss, but Ashley and Bob did everything in their power to help me (called insurance companies, did research, and came up with advice). Ashley gave me her card and told me I can reach out if I have any questions, even insurance related stuff. I truly felt helped and I needed that a lot. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I was involved in a head-on accident (not at fault) on Whitney Ave. The other driver’s insurance was paying for the repair. I had been recommended to ADT in the past for maintenance and repairs but had never tried them, so I gave them a call. The owner, Jesse offered to take a look at the damage that afternoon—really just minutes later. When I arrived, he took me on a tour of the shop, which is HUGE on the inside and even expanding. He told me the story of his father and the founding of ADT. Jesse was extremely genuine, and I respected his work and care on other cars that were already being repaired. Choosing ADT was an easy decision. When the insurance company tried to only pay for the cheapest aftermarket parts, Jesse went to bat for me and negotiated for certified Toyota parts. I didn’t ask him to—he just did it. Because of ADT, my car is as good as new. Jesse and ADT have a customer for life.

Jesse is a very good guy his shop did a great repair on my vehicle.. some other shops tell me that either couldn't do the work or wouldn't do the work and give me ridiculous crazy high prices an excuses. But myself as a welder by trade and then what was involved to repair the frame on my car I know it wasn't easy but it was possible. Since I'm disabled I can't do this repair myself. But these guys at ADT had the knowledge and were able to do it at a good price even though they took longer than they promised you still got a good quality job and made me happy in the long run. So I would highly recommend them and ask for Jesse. They are a very busy shop but I think that means it's because they do quality work.
