Additionally, I would like to acknowledge Dexter from the maintenance team. His prompt and efficient service was greatly appreciated. Dexter consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was in perfect working order, making my stay comfortable and hassle-free. Furthermore, the recent increase in security measures has provided a sense of safety and peace of mind. The receptionists have been diligent and welcoming, contributing to an overall secure environment. I highly recommend this place for its excellent staff, exceptional service, and enhanced security. I stayed for nearly two years and am delighted to report that my departure was managed with remarkable efficiency and care. My two teens and I stayed here for two years and had a great experience! Cheryl and Laura were especially helpful and always willing to assist if we needed anything. The location is excellent—within walking distance to Westville, where there are many nice restaurants and cafes. It’s also just a 9-minute drive to downtown, which is very convenient!.

Great community. We were looking for an apartment for my son in New Haven for grad school and we did everything virtually…that can be scary. The team at C&C were wonderful showing him the apartment, discussing the complex. Still…until you get there you have no idea if you made the right choice. They are fabulous! Any maintenance issues are handled immediately. Everything is super clean…if you are there early you witness the building being cleaned. They do activities for residents, great workout facility and HUGE common room to use at no charge. Couldn’t be happier with our decision.

Love the building! Have lived here for several years and the amenities and staff are terrific. Maintenance comes quickly, everything is maintained in very good condition, and packages are easily stored for you. The 2 courtyards also make for great outdoor space.

My dog and I love College and Crown!! Michele and Christine are very helpful and super friendly. It’s in a great location for downtown walks and activities. Johnny helps to keep the common spaces very clean. My dog loves to say hi to all of the staff whenever we go outside.
