I had the pleasure of being assisted by Yvonne. She was wonderful to work with. She was professional, personal, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. I explained to her how I was visiting various bridal stores making deposits, and to learned that they didn’t carry my size to try on. She listened to my vision and brought it to life. I wanted a champagne wedding gown and Yvonne was able to make it happen!!! “Now that’s good customer service”!!!! Let me not forget, the entire staff made me feel comfortable and they were all nice. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to purchase a gown. I Was able to find a gown $2k under my budget. “Now that’s a bargain”!!! My dress is so gorgeous and I look forward to wearing it soon.

From the moment we met, she understood my vision perfectly and got straight to work. Wonderful experience here. Vera was a sweetheart. I had the help & support I needed throughout several months before my wedding. The seamstress made sure I wanted my dress to fit me just right. It's been 2 years since I've been married (I have yet to preserve my dress), but it looks just as good from the day I wore it. I knew I was getting my dress here as soon as I came in. Plenty to choose from & the staff will help accommodate you based on your style & body type.

Janae was incredibly sweet and helpful for my appointment to try on bridal gowns! She explained every step of the process to me and listened to all of my feed back and pulled dresses that spoke to the vibe I am looking for! She was encouraging without being overbearing or making me feel any pressure! The store was clean and well organized, and I would definitely recommend the experience to another Bride to be.

I had a wonderful experience with Modern Trousseau! I originally hated wedding dress shopping and found the whole process stressful, but then I went here and started to really enjoy it. Their dresses are gorgeous and the level of customer service is amazing. I don’t even feel right calling it “customer service” - I was really made to feel like a friend more than a customer. The designer herself was there for my appointment, and she and my mom had a great time while we all sipped champagne. The entire process - from my first time going there to the final fitting - was so easy and fun. And most importantly - the dress was SO gorgeous. I still can’t get over it, and months later I’m still getting compliments. And it had pockets! I really couldn’t recommend Modern Trousseau more.
