Not only did he help us in person, but we also changed our mind and decided to get the King size. With a quick call, he was able to answer all our questions and I didn’t have to go back in. He was detailed and reassuring for me to just pay the remaining balance over the phone. He was also able to get delivery a week earlier! Jon was professional, friendly, honest and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I was shopping for a new living room, couch and chair along with a new bedframe. The sales person pointed me in the right direction and let me shop without hovering over me. When I did have questions, the sales person was there to answer my questions and was very helpful, I did end up buying a couch and chair along with a bedframe and the whole process was reasonably quick. The furniture came when expected and I was notified ahead of time the delivery would occur within a couple hour timeframe. The two guys that delivered my furniture were , conscientious, and put together everything within a reasonable amount of time. Overall, I would recommend Jordans. The shopping experience was terrific along with delivery.

I had an amazing experience with Ti in New Haven. She was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly. There were two of us looking for different things. She patiently took care of both of us. I will recommend her to anyone I know that needs mattress. I was also impressed with the clean, organizing of product.

To my surprise no pushy sales people. Instead I got a salesperson who gave me space to explore and then went above and beyond helping match pieces to create a great look in each room.
