Wonderful hotel with friendly and very competent staff. We were greeted by Stephanie on the day that we arrived, and she made us feel at home and took such good care of us that I had to say something about it because she went above and beyond any experience I have had at any hotel I have been to in the US. The only downside about the hotel is that the block toward the large parking garage has a lot of homeless people and smells like a urinal, but if you go right from the hotel entrance, the next street over has wonderful restaurants and leads towards the Yale campus and it's beautiful architecture.

We were in town just for a night, heading to visit my parents locally. We decided to stay in New Haven, and found a good deal at this hotel. It is in a prime location one block from the bars and restaurants on Crown St. The staff were lovely and they had a little area where you could purchase wine/beer or snacks just by reception. The room was clean and nice. The gym onsite was functional with some machines and weights. We would definitely stay again.

Great check in. Just drive up, and park in front to check in. Easy parking in ramp across the street. Front desk host Rachel/steph is the best, making check in so easy. Clean, quiet king size room. Great stay.

OMNI NEW HAVEN HOTEL AT YALE REVIEWS

We went to New Haven for a college graduation and stayed 2 nights at the Omni. What a great decision! The front desk was amazing and got us checked right in. Eugene and Bobby at the bell desk are truly amazing. The room was nicely appointed and very comfortable. The 19th floor bar was fun and lively. We appreciated the extra mile that the hotel went with coffee, fresh juice and snacks each morning along with an afternoon reception each day celebrating all the graduations going on over the weekend. The location in right in the heart of all the nightlife activities. So many great bars and restaurants. the street was quite busy at night, I don't think it is always that crazy - the graduations had a lot of people in town.

My team and I had a great experience at this hotel. The attention to care the hotel staff present is truly outstanding, and makes anyone feel at home. In particular, there were complimentary cherry blossom cookies, drinks, and ice cream that were truly superb and beyond all possible description. These delicacies can only be defined as divine. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone that finds themselves in the New Haven area.

Probably the nicest hotel in New Haven! Have stayed at this property twice, once while visiting for a wedding, and once for my birthday. The lobby is historic, elegant and exquisite. The rooms are large and spacious with ornate furnishings. The food and beverage options are top notch, and the staff is attentive. Rooms can be a little pricey during certain months, but this hotel is absolutely worth every penny.

COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT NEW HAVEN AT YALE REVIEWS

Fantastic location. Close to everything and the hotel is newly renovated. You can walk to all the tourist spots from this location. They did not have makeup remover wipes but Michelle at the front desk and gave me one of her personal ones!! She was wonderful and really made us feel welcome and taken care of.

Had a great stay here in the winter. The staff was very sweet and I loved the hot chocolate bar in the lobby. There were renovations going on but it didn’t really affect my stay too much. The location is great if you’re trying to stay close to Yale - you can easily walk to the bookstore and other iconic places in the area.

The rooms are newly renovated, clean and the hotel is in a great location. Michelle at the front desk was very helpful and super friendly. Highly recommend. Thanks Michelle.
