New Concept Auto Service

I took my 96 Toyota 4Runner in for a cooling system repair. I have not had to take my car in for a big repair for about 3 or 4 years and they have greatly expanded the size and scope of their business operations . Anyway I had to replace the timing belt water pump and radiator and they did a fantastic job and I highly recommend. While my SUV was parked there it actually got broken into and somebody got the radio. New Concept was very apologetic and even paid to get it replaced with the exact same head unit so my out-of-pocket costs for the vandalism was Zero. They strongly stand behind their work and do Top Notch service and I would not go anywhere else moving forward. AAAAA++++.

I had a wonderful experience at New Concepts Auto Service. Everyone was so nice. They were very thorough in explaining what needed to be done with my car. Drinks and snacks were provided for you while you wait for your car to be worked on. Overall, I give this a 5 star rating.

So friendly, I had a small issue with putting in just a single bolt. They were able to do it complimentary!!! Definitely will be back for anything else.
