Our experience with Alenco putting in our walk-in shower has been beyond our expectations! The initial interview with Damien was pleasant, thorough, and informative without pressure. He made the decision making so easy! He went above and beyond to walk us through the options, all the way to help with financing. He made it all so comfortable! Our install happened in just the right time frame for us. Jimmy came and worked alone to do the demo. Then he got right to work to do the entire install! He was organized, meticulous, detailed, friendly, and communicated to us throughout the entire process! Answered all of our questions and concerns. We were amazed at his quality of workmanship. He obviously takes pride in his work! Between the initial meeting with Damien and when Jimmy said goodbye at the door, we are thrilled with the entire process and would highly recommend Alcon to anyone!

We just had a shower installed and love it! The company is amazing to work with. They helped us every step of the way, and accommodated all sorts of things we needed. The installer, David is an amazing person. He was very kind and helpful to us. His work is impeccable, as well. David and his manager fixed a leak (without charge) that wasn't even their fault. It was in the workings of the house when we bought it. We highly recommend this company and their products.

We are very happy with our new shower. Dustin took out the old tub and installed a beautiful shower with a grab bar for our safety and then a new floor was placed which is beautiful. I can't remember the guys name who installed the floor but he and Dustin were courteous and professional.

My experience with Pella was nothing but top-notch. Carter B. came to my home and walked me through all of the different products and options professionally and competently. He helped me select solutions that worked for my budget and his knowledge and expertise allowed me to make a fully informed decision. From there, he was able to schedule professional installation with his installers and even negotiated a reasonable installation price. I cannot recommend Carter or Pella products enough.

I have worked with Pella on numerous occasions, and they consistently deliver exceptional results. The quality of their products is outstanding, and their customer service is second to none. Lee Ann does an excellent job coordinating projects, scheduling deliveries, and arranging service. As a contractor, I can confidently say that Pella is one of the best companies to work with.

Terrific staff from the initial order with Pella (Scott) to the installers (Terran, Jim and Jason). Their quality of work and attention to detail was only matched by their kind, courteous behavior. We couldn’t be more pleased!!

ALL-WEATHER WINDOW, DOORS & SIDING REVIEWS

We had a great experience and it was a welcome change from the Big Box Store. The team from “All Weather” measured and quoted. We accepted. They confirmed the order and took a deposit. And in just 2-3 weeks our door was ready, and they installed the next day. We have a lot of nice existing trim work and they installed from outside, leaving our trim untouched. It looks great, we have no drafts, and our home is secure. Our installer Rick did a great job! I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

Our experience with All-Weather Windows was great from start to finish. Brett did a fine job of explaining our options and making preliminary measurements so that we could have exactly the replacement windows we needed. He took a sample so that the stain on the interior frame of our new windows would match our kitchen perfectly. Max, Jeremy, and Jamie took their time and worked carefully to install our windows and make sure they were exactly right inside and out. Though they made no promises, they worked hard, and were completely successful in situating the shades from our old windows onto the new installation, saving us the expense and trouble of finding replacements. This firm is highly recommended!

We had four Anderson A-Series replacement windows (triple and double casement). My husband and I were very happy with the process from selection, to bid with salesman Brett, to installation. We had them pre finished, and the match was excellent. The installers -Rick, Max, Jeremy and Jamie were efficient and professional. Rick also reinstalled our plantation shutters and did a fantastic job. We have been pleased and would use them again.
