I am very pleased with the handling of this 'New Residence' application as well as the way the office (Lexie) handled my visit (without having an appointment) as I just showed up (I came in from out of town). She walked me through every step! Here are pictures from my move-in day! I do not have my furniture yet but will soon. The move in was great!! Lexie was very thorough with everything and had answers for all of my questions. I am really exited to be part of this community!!.

While living at the Jefferson Pointe Apartments I received outstanding customer service along with great apartment maintenance. Above all and most important to me is how safe I found myself living there. I truly enjoy my stay and the wonderful environment. Thank you all for great service! Renee'.

Jefferson Pointe Apartments and Townhomes has exceeded my expectations! The floor plans are extremely spacious and functional. I love everything about my place! Having a garage AND a driveway is definitely a bonus and I also love that the community is gated, for an extra sense of security. All of the staff is amazing and so friendly, especially Brandon, who was my leasing agent. He made everything from touring, applying, and signing the lease so easy and my move-in process seamless! This place truly feels like a home, not an apartment!.

THE LOUIS TOWNHOMES REVIEWS

We moved into this complex about four years ago, and when we moved in, there was a small leak in the roof of our apartment. Over the years, it continued to grow because no one would do anything about it. We tried desperately for years to get management and maintenance to come out and fix it, but it was never a priority. More recently, we have finally had that issue, along with several others, fixed in a timely manner. I truly appreciate the team we have in the office now. They’ve done everything they can, and then some. They are incredibly kind, responsive, and I genuinely feel they care about making this community a better place to live. Their effort has made a noticeable difference, and I’m very grateful for everything they’ve done.

Five stars for the new management! Erica the property manager is delightful and has made a noticeable difference. It’s a great, diverse community and a perfect spot for families. I love seeing the kids actually playing outside together instead of being glued to screens. The maintenance staff is top-notch and always friendly. Don’t let a few grumpy reviews from "Karen" types fool you this is a great place to live..

The new maintenance supervisor Brian is a breath of fresh air. He responded immediately to our maintenance issue. Before he was here it would take weeks to get a work order fulfilled, let alone looked at. Both the toilets have been broken since we moved in and he promptly replaced them. Very happy with his service!.

Bradford is the BEST PLACE TO LIVE! They care about there residents. The property feels like home. Office staff is so sweet and goes above and beyond! Maintenance team is the best we have ever had! They are trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable to get things fixed. If you’re looking for a place to live Bradford is it!.

Best place I’ve lived in. Locations great, quiet, and safe. Close to every necessity. (<5 mins from groceries, home improvement stores, bulk shopping, and hospitals. 5 -20 mins to most restaurants). I had a maintenance request for a dripping garbage disposal and the next day they replaced the entire device. I strongly recommend this place.

I had the pleasure of living at Bradford Pointe for three years, and I have nothing but amazing things to say about the property, community, and staff. The apartments are clean and homey. An attached garage is rare, and such a convenience. The property is always beautiful and well-maintained. With the gated community, it was very quiet and I always felt safe. Every time I entered a work order, maintenance was quick to resolve the problem. During my time, I enjoyed the amenities and events. William and the staff are friendly and helpful! If you are considering calling BP your home, you will not be disappointed.
