Sheraton Overland Park Hotel at the Convention Centre is an excellent choice if you stay in the Overland Park Area. Our client office is super close to this place, so this was our obvious choice, but now that we have experienced the place and the hospitality, we will not go anywhere else. This place is lovely, clean and has a good vibe. The lobby is super spacious and impressive. Rooms are very spacious, and the front-facing rooms are quiet despite a big road going right in front of the hotel. Beds are comfy, and the coffee maker comes in handy. The study table is just right for my business work and emails. The bathroom is clean and has most things needed. The front office staff is polite, and the check-in process was pretty smooth. We also checked out at 5.00am in the morning and thee checkout process was smooth and without any hassles.

Nice location. We had a double queen room, and it was very spacious and met my family's needs well. The bar/lobby/restaurant area was spacious and able to accommodate many people for the convention center. The indoor pool was nice. They even had an outdoor patio. I would stay here again.

This was the best night of my life. They have great service, they are so nice and when me and my daughter went to the pool for the hot tub it was full of kids and adults! Highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel with great accommodations. I will be traveling back and forth to OP for a few months and have already made sure I’ll be at this hotel. I love the rooms…. Modern, very clean, and spacious. 10 out 10 5 stars across the board! Met the owner at the Grand reopening, was super kind. The front desk were so sweet and helpful. I absolutely am glad to have chosen this hotel over the one I normally stay at across the street. I’m very happy and satisfied with my overall experience.

Newly renovated rooms which were a delight. My King bed was comfy, my shower was hot, the breakfast had breakfast burritos, good coffee, and a nice area to sit. I stayed at a different hotel the night before and when I stayed here, I remembered why I love Hyatt and how it spoils me compared to other hotels albeit that hotel was cheaper in price. Great customer service as the gentleman working on the Thursday Morning was helpful and congenial.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Stephanie, the manager, was absolutely phenomenal—she went out of her way to make sure every detail of our stay was seamless and personalized. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and attentive.
