MARRIOTT KANSAS CITY OVERLAND PARK REVIEWS

This is our second time staying at the Marriott in Overland Park for soccer and it is the perfect spot for a team stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds and plenty of space for all of your things. The lobby bar /restaurant and open areas are beautiful and great for team gatherings, the workout room is great and has options for everyone and the customer service is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

I thought this hotel was delightful. Great food, immaculate rooms, the staff was polite and friendly. Great location, close to lots of restaurants, Target, Costco, coffee (plus a Starbucks inside the hotel!)-- and they have both an indoor and outdoor pool, plus gym. The bar/restaurants were especially nice-- large portions and the breakfast bar was amazing! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very nice, clean, modern hotel. Very friendly staff. The parking is a paid lot but it is secure so you don't need to worry about your vehicle. There is a breakfast buffet available for an additional cost or you can visit the Starbucks in the lobby. There is a bourbon bar in the lobby as well that is 100% worth checking out.

Great Hotel at a great rate! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room Service was fast and efficient. Breakfast arrived in room still hot. A rarity in today’s world. Pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna was functional. Room was squeaky clean. All around a great relaxing New Years Eve getaway.

100% satisfied!!!! My room was fantastic, clean, comfortable bed and very quiet HVAC. THE restaurant's food was extremely good, and the Sales Department ( Mira) was unbelievably helpful. I plan on staying there my next trip.

Excellent facility and staff provided a restful stay among two busy days. Location worked well and the restaurant next door should be a destination-level place. Very clean and functional space. The team handled a large group of soccer players and parents very well.

Wonderful hotel with great accommodations. I will be traveling back and forth to OP for a few months and have already made sure I’ll be at this hotel. I love the rooms…. Modern, very clean, and spacious. 10 out 10 5 stars across the board! Met the owner at the Grand reopening, was super kind. The front desk were so sweet and helpful. I absolutely am glad to have chosen this hotel over the one I normally stay at across the street. I’m very happy and satisfied with my overall experience.

Newly renovated rooms which were a delight. My King bed was comfy, my shower was hot, the breakfast had breakfast burritos, good coffee, and a nice area to sit. I stayed at a different hotel the night before and when I stayed here, I remembered why I love Hyatt and how it spoils me compared to other hotels albeit that hotel was cheaper in price. Great customer service as the gentleman working on the Thursday Morning was helpful and congenial.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Stephanie, the manager, was absolutely phenomenal—she went out of her way to make sure every detail of our stay was seamless and personalized. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and attentive.
