I worked with Ben during my consultation and he was extremely helpful, patient, and kind. He had great ideas and shared his honest thoughts on different products and fabrics. He helped me pick out the perfect fabric for our space and what I am planning for it in the future. He also helped me get a fabric sample so I could pick a paint color. Ben was great to work with throughout the process. I did go to the Overland Park showroom to look at fabrics before I made my decision and Joel helped me there who was also very friendly and helpful. Brian just installed Roman shades in our primary bedroom and did a great job! He called ahead and arrived when he said he would. He was very friendly, polite, answered all our questions, and kindly showed us how to uninstall and reinstall them for when we paint the room. He also finished up much faster than expected! All in all, it was a great experience working with The Blind Broker team and highly recommend them! We found them through our Costco membership, who I know vets only the best vendors. You get what you pay for and their customer service, as well as the quality of their products (Roman shades specifically from my experience) are worth it.
