I stumbled across New Concept when I needed new rotors for my euro when no others were available. I was so pleased with how fast they were able to get me in! My most recent visit was an oil change (again for my euro). They honored a text coupon for me, that saved me quite a bit of money, even though they didn’t HAVE TO. Waiting in their lobby was so nice! They have a tv and coffee/pop for you to have while you wait. I’ll continue to visit these guys! They’re knowledgeable, they explain, and they provide helpful advice for future maintenance. Easily 100/10.

How refreshing! A specialty auto repair shop who is as good with customers as they are with cars. I’ve had my BMW in for maintenance repairs 3 times over the past 2 years. Each time my interactions with employees have been very comfortable and satisfying, the work has been completed as and when expected, and the cost has been very reasonable compared to other shops I’ve used. They have consistently given me every reason to trust them with my vehicle and trust them to be fair. These are now my go-to folks. Strongly recommend.

Working with new concept was easy. They were attentive, communicative, detail, oriented, and fair. You don’t find many people you can trust within this industry, but this is one of the best experiences I have had. Ask for the store manager, Elvis, he was terrific to work with. I cannot say enough about working with new concept and would recommend trusting your car to them.

KEETON AUTO REPAIR REVIEWS

Keeton recently worked on our older Acura MDX, which required some TLC. They did a great job of communicating the repairs needed and rationale, they completed the work quickly, and their pricing was more than fair given the time/labor involved. Without trying to push for further work, they also recommended some potential issues to keep an eye on, which I really appreciated. We’ve also used their European location for work on our older BMW and we were very happy with the work done at that location. We will continue to use Keeton for repairs and will recommend them to others.

I am a traveling musician and was passing through the area to get to a show in Illinois that night. My brakes starting having severe issues and I wound up needing pretty much an entire brake system replacement. These guys got me in right away and worked quickly to get me back on the road. Thanks to them, I managed to make it to my show 7 hours away on time and my truck is running perfectly.

Was a wonderful experience! The option of a loaner car was a lifesaver for me. They were transparent of all that they were recommending to be done and helped explain what everything was to me - I have no idea about anything car related! will for sure be returning in the future. Clinton in the front office is amazing.

I had the best experience today. Went in to have the thermostat looked at and they gave me a price quote that included tax and any fees which no mechanic has ever done. Then they said they could get the parts in and have it fixed in less than 2 hours. I wasn’t expecting to get it fixed that quick but it was so fast and easy. They also found a problem the dealership missed and fixed it too. Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with my car.

I needed to replace the muffler in my car, and after visiting many places (and getting absurd estimates for payment) Meineke was the place that helped out so much, with very reasonable prices. Jeremy and Alex were the ones specifically to help me out, and they were honestly so kind and friendly. My car’s exhaust has been working great :)) highly recommend going there, your car will be in great hands.

Went in for a deal for full synthetic with a full inspection. Took about 20-30 minutes. They were friendly and their waiting area was clean. Would recommend.
