I was very impressed with the quality of the furniture. My sales person was very polite and professional. I was actually looking for a small dining room table without purchasing chairs. He showed me tables I could purchase without chairs as I already have some I plan to use. While I didn’t decide on a table, I ended up purchasing 2 swivel, rocker chairs that are very comfortable and beautiful. The chair came per scheduled delivery date, however one of the chairs was damaged so they plan to deliver another one as soon as it comes back into stock; no further charge. The delivery manager accompanied the delivery people to apologize for the late timeframe and inspected the chairs. I then received a call from Amy in the delivery department and Nicole in the store apologizing for the problem with the chair. The customer service provided by the entire team was exceptional and I will definitely shop at this store again. Even with the problem, I still give this store 5 stars.

First time shopping at Furniture Deals! I took my family to the Overland Park's location to look for a table set for our living room. They have a variety of good pieces. The salesperson, Mike, was attentive, friendly, and not pushy. The prices are reasonable. We ended up buying a set and a rug. The delivery experience was also great! Furniture Deals will be our first stop for furniture shopping in the future. Thank you.

Staff helped a very picky lady find the perfect couch and oversized chair! Delivery team was kind, fast and very respectful in my home. Price was right! Delivery price also perfect.

LA-Z-BOY FURNITURE GALLERIES REVIEWS

Lindsey was our salesperson for a purchase we made earlier this year. She has since been very proactive in letting us know ahead of time when sales were coming up for us to take advantage of savings, which we actually took advantage of recently with another purchase. She has always been immediately responsive to any of our inquiries and keeps great records of our interests. And you can’t beat La-Z-Boy for quality recliners! We are very happy customers.

Jennifer Haggarty was so helpful in choosing the right recliner that has lumbar support. I had a compression fracture in my spine last October. Jennifer was super to work with and added her designing expertise on choosing the right fabric. I highly recommend going to Laz Boy for good prices and helpful design.

The salesman was patient as we discussed the furniture and how it would fit in our house. He made valuable suggestions about fabric colors and textures. Very happy with how we were treated.

I worked with both Mary and Clint at the Overland Park store. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in directing me to my best options for the style and quality of sofa I was looking for. No pressure at all, just good, helpful information. Together, they even narrowed down the fabric options (for sofa and coordinating pillows) that would best meet my needs, which made the selection process much easier! I am very pleased with my experience at Crowley and I’m excited to receive my new furniture.

My salesperson was Gary. Excellent in helping an individual who has trouble in picking out furniture. Very patient and very knowledgeable about fabrics and choosing colors. It was a great experience and I am looking forward to getting my sofa and matching chair.

I had such a great experience with Crowley Furniture. Mary Baldacci stayed patient & supportive with me as I purchased my first bed frame, then changed my mind days later, ultimately finding the perfect frame for me. The delivery went very smoothly. The guys couldn't have been better! I'll definitely be going back.
