I was very pleased with the personalized service we received at Factory Direct Mattress. I have degenerative disc disease of the back and I wanted a mattress that was comfortable and supportive too. Our salesman Mike was very informative, helpful and patient. I laid on several mattresses and found the one that was perfect for me, plus it came with a lifetime warranty. Factory Direct Mattress has the best selection of highly rated mattresses, and their customer service is excellent. We highly recommend Factory Direct Mattress to everyone.

Greg was very welcoming, knowledgeable and easygoing. He gave recommendations based off our needs & desires of a mattress and let us have time to try each one out without hovering like your typical mattress stores do. There was absolutely no sales pressure. He matched the lowest price. I HIGHLY recommend you buy your next mattress from Greg at Factory Direct Mattress.

Mattress shopping is not for the faint of heart, but Mike made the process so much easier. I felt like I tried half the mattresses in the store, but he kept track of which ones I liked along the way so that I could easily go back and compare my favorites. Stopped into the store today to buy a mattress for our guest room. Explained to Caleb what we found online and what we hoped to accomplish from a budget standpoint. He was very informative, friendly, and efficient. It only took about 45min in the store confirming the comfort of the selected mattresses and to complete purchase. Caleb was great at ensuring we were all set with what we wanted, and all applicable coupons/discounts. 5 stars.

Appreciate Michael and all his help and generosity in helping me decide on a mattress cover for our king mattress . He is an employee that should be congratulated for his service. We have used Mattress Firm for our family mattress and will continue to do so. Thank you.

We have had our bed for a few years now and we absolutely love it. What's even more incredible, is how awesome the staff is, as they continue to follow up with us and check in on us from time to time. It is much appreciated! They also alerted us to a credit that was expiring soon, and we used it on some nice new, incredibly soft sheets, which were delivered to our doorstep. And yes... they texted to check in to see how we liked the sheets. Good stuff! Highly recommend Sleep Number beds, and even more so, the staff and service from this location.

My wife and I went here, obviously looking to upgrade our sleeping situation. Chance was who we worked with while we were there. He had all the answers! Very knowledgeable, Very professional and I would recommend visiting this location. The only down-side of this experience was the busyness of the company's intranet. It was very slow and we had to switch computers several times (which wasn't a problem for us, it just added a few extra minutes to our overall experience) And we totally understand the busyness of the weekend and the Labor Day sale starting early! 5-star rating from us! Great overall experience, thank you Chance.
