Precision Tune Auto Care Knoxville

We are traveling from TX to NY and stopped in Knoxville to see family on the way. We got about an hour out and the wrench light on my dash came on & the cruise control stopped working. Not sure what was wrong, we looked up reviews and took the truck to Precision- they ran a diagnostic on it and went above and beyond to give us all the information we needed to be able to continue on our trip. They didn’t even try to upsell us even though we were in a vulnerable situation. A rare gem these days.

Had a problem with my car that 2 other shops couldn’t figure out. Brought it to Precision Tune. They fixed my car and were super friendly. Will definitely use them for future repairs.
