The Steam Team Inc

I just love Steam Team. Everyone is very friendly and service focused from the person who takes the appointment to the people who come to your home. I use them a couple times a year for home and used to use them for our office as well and I don’t think we’ve ever had a less than great experience. Today was no exception, Ronnie explained everything in advance and was very friendly and helpful and did a great job.

I had 2 rugs that needed cleaning as we just got a new puppy. She had some accidents on them and I tried cleaning myself, and couldn’t get the smell out. I called them and they came and picked them up the next week. They took to their facility and I went to pick up 6 days later. They look NEW!!!! No smell and feel so fluffy again!!! I am amazed!!!! Highly recommend!!

I had my dryer vents cleaned. The technician, Shon, was very professional, courteous, and really knew his business. He was quick to get the job done and helpful in explaining what he was doing. He also did a great job looking out for my cat which kept trying to get outside.
